Dina-Perla Portnaar: Very important message to the public Hello everyone, I want to share an important message. Journalists and media professionals in Dutch, English, French, and sometimes German-speaking regions know me very well. They understand that my presence in various media doesn’t reflect any specific political or ideological alignment. Over the past years, I’ve moved across the spectrum, from far left to far right. But let me be clear: this doesn’t mean I endorse any platform or its contributors. I’ve taken a stand against both extremes. The far left and the far right are very dangerous, and in the Netherlands, we’ve seen the impact. It’s crucial to understand that the average person, the hardworking individuals, the beautiful people that live in each country, are not represented by these extremes! Both sides have their dangers, and I want to make it known that I do not support them. For example, I do not support conspiracy theories, such as the notion that Michelle Obama is actually Michael Obama. I also do not support the destruction of cultural heritage in the name of climate activism, so the proof points of our civilizations, for example in museums. Additionally, I do not endorse any movement that seeks to undermine the state of Israel or supports extreme right-wing figures who have engaged in unethical behavior, including participating in a porn movie. In short, I distance myself from all extremes and want to emphasize that my intent is to bring balance and thoughtful discussion. To shine light in the darkness as a free thinker and critical thinker. The media landscape knows this, and now the public should too. Especially since I’m about to launch a novel that reflects and mirrors back, with a bit of satire. Thank you for listening, and I hope this message is more than clear.
