By using Dina-Perla, you agree that you have read, understood, and complied with the following terms and conditions of use by Dina-Perla, the Netherlands. The following covers both the terms and conditions of the website and services.

Paid media collaborations

Dina-Perla has a reach of ± 50,000 per month, including many C-suite decision-makers. This provides the opportunity for paid media collaborations on the page Inspiration of the Week, including promotion, profiling, banners, or other featured content, such as articles, audio, and video.

Intellectual property

Dina-Perla includes materials protected by intellectual property laws, including without limitation written text, logos, photos, videos, audio, art, designs, and graphics. Reproduction or unauthorized use of Dina-Perla’s materials constitutes infringement.

Visitor behavior

You are forbidden from the following: (1) causing damage to Dina-Perla; (2) Using Dina-Perla for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity; (3) Using Dina-Perla to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute spyware, virus, worm, Trojan horse, keystroke logger, or other malicious software; (4) Using Dina-Perla to transmit, send, or deliver unsolicited communications, or for other marketing, or advertising purposes; (5) Systematically or automatically collecting data from Dina-Perla; (6) Sharing private and proprietary information from online courses with anyone else.

Liability

Dina-Perla is not liable for the information provided. You are responsible for your financial, legal, physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results. Dina-Perla disclaims liability for your reliance on opinions or advice.

The information, products, and services offered on, or through Dina-Perla are provided “as is” and without warranties, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Dina-Perla disclaims all warranties, expressed, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose. Dina-Perla does not warrant that Dina-Perla or any of its functions will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any part of Dina-Perla is free of viruses, or other harmful components.

Dina-Perla shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use Dina-Perla, including its materials, products, or services, or third-party materials, products, or services made available through Dina-Perla.

Dutch court

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed, by the laws of the Netherlands, without giving effect to its conflict of laws. The Dutch court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from, or relating to Dina-Perla, including, but not limited to the privacy policy or these terms and conditions. By using Dina-Perla, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction, and venue of the Dutch court, consent irrevocably to personal jurisdiction in such court and waive any defense of forum non-convenient.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid or enforceable provision. The prevailing party in any dispute between the parties arising out of, or related to these terms and conditions, whether resolved by negotiation, mediation, or litigation, shall be entitled to recover its attorneys’ fees and costs from the other party.

This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties concerning the subject. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.

Changes, modifications, and updates

Dina-Perla may change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. If you have questions or concerns about the terms and conditions.
